The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority, acting as the landbank for the City of Johnstown, will accept Economic Development Plans for the sale of fourteen (14) parcels of ground located in the City of Johnstown. EACH PARCEL TO BE SOLD SEPARATELY.

Economic Development Plans should include the amount to be paid, taxable and non-taxable investment to be made and any other beneficial factors to the community.  Economic Development Plans must be received at the Johnstown Redevelopment Authority office, 416 Main Street, Suite 200, Johnstown, PA  15901 no later than 10:00 am on Friday, May 3, 2024.  Any questions, please call the Redevelopment Authority (814)535-6564.  The Johnstown Redevelopment Authority, acting as the landbank for the City of Johnstown, reserves the right to reject all bids.
